📞 On-Call: Shared after-hours rotation with Family Medicine colleagues

💰 Compensation & Benefits
💵 Base Salary: $257,000 – $286,000 annually
🎁 Sign-On Bonus: Up to $20,000
📈 Productivity Bonus: Generous wRVU-based incentives

🏥 Role Responsibilities
✔ Provide comprehensive Family Medicine care to a diverse patient population
✔ Build and manage a growing patient panel
✔ Collaborate with physicians and advanced practice providers
✔ Participate in after-hours on-call rotation with colleagues
✔ Help shape and improve patient care strategies within the UCHealth system
✔ Deliver patient-centered care using evidence-based practices
📋 Requirements
✔ Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
✔ Colorado Medical License (or willingness to obtain)
✔ DEA License required prior to start
✔ Recent NPDB Self-Query Report (within 30 days)
✔ Clean malpractice history preferred
