Family Medicine Opportunity Location: Edmeston, NY • Position: Family Medicine Physician (Full-time, outpatient) • Visa sponsorship: Available (J-1 and H-1B candidates welcome) • Practice model: Group-employed, joining established Physicians and Advanced Practice Clinicians • Work schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM • Patient population: Adult and pediatric primary care (No OB) • Recognition: NCQA Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) standards for coordinated, patient-centered care • Clinical support: o Generative AI scribes to reduce documentation burden o Inbasket Ninja Program to cover messages during provider leave o Fully integrated EPIC Electronic Medical Record o First call system with NP/PA coverage for patients Compensation & Incentives: • Base salary: $320,000 – $347,000 (based on experience, training, specialty, education, and market standards) • Performance-based incentive plan with no earnings cap • Sign-on bonus up to $200,000 • Residency stipend up to $45,000 (available up to 18 months prior to graduation) • Loan repayment may be available through Federal and State programs Qualifications: • MD, DO, or MBBS • Board Eligible or Board Certified • NYS licensure • BLS, ACLS, or PALS certification required • DEA registration required Benefits: • Medical, dental, and vision insurance • Paid time off, including holidays and vacations • Life insurance and disability protection • Paid malpractice coverage • Retirement plan • CME time and financial support • Supportive transition bonus Community Highlights: • Edmeston, NY, in Otsego County: 40 miles south of Utica • Four seasons of cultural and outdoor activities: cross-country skiing, hunting, hiking, biking, camping, museums, theater, and more
