Seeking a dedicated, full-time Family Medicine Physician in Pueblo, CO, to join a collaborative, physician-led team. The role involves providing comprehensive, high-quality, patient-centered care to a diverse population, with 36 patient-facing hours per week.
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary Range: $257,000–$286,000 annually.
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $20,000.
Student Loan Repayment: Up to $24,000.

Responsibilities
Provide full-spectrum Family Medicine care (36 patient-facing hours/week).
Join an after-hours on-call rotation with Family Medicine colleagues.
Collaborate with a team of physicians and advanced practice providers.
Lead and contribute to patient care strategies and healthcare innovation.
Requirements
Board Certified or Board Eligible (must finish residency) in Family Medicine.
CO license (or willing to obtain).
Clean malpractice (Highly Preferred).
Most Recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days active) is required.
DEA must be obtained prior to start.
