Family Medicine wanted to join this Primary Care Community Health Center with a multicultural, multilingual patient population. deliver comprehensive health maintenance and medical care. Perform diagnoses and treats illness and injury; performs minor surgery and completes physical examinations; counsels and instructs patients; provides professional supervision of mid-level providers; Delivers care appropriate for an out-patient, Mon – Friday, 8hr days, No Call, Bilingual in Spanish (preferable), Clinic utilizes EPIC EMR.
