Job Responsibilities:
- Provide full-spectrum Family Medicine care to a diverse patient population.
- Enjoy 36 patient-facing hours a week with time for professional growth.
- Lab and imaging services available nearby for convenience and comprehensive care.
- Empanel patients quickly and become an integral part of the healthcare team.
- Join an after-hours on-call rotation with Family Medicine colleagues.
- Collaborate with a team of physicians and advanced practice providers in a physician-led environment.
- Lead and contribute to the development of patient care strategies, participating in the mission to provide world-class care.
- Work in a dynamic environment that pushes the boundaries of healthcare innovation.
- Help foster a commitment to making healthcare better and more accessible in the region.
- Not open for locum and locum to perm candidates.
- Truly Board Eligible is accepted (must finish residency).
- Cannot accept visa candidates.
- Not accepting Locums candidates.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible (must finish residency) in Family Medicine.
- CO medical license (or willing to obtain).
- Clean malpractice record (highly preferred).
- Most recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days active) required.
- DEA must be obtained prior to start.
License and Certification Requirements:
- Board Certification or Eligibility in Family Medicine.
- Colorado medical license or eligibility to obtain.
