Position Details:
Patient Population: All Ages
Setting: Clinic / Medical Office
Responsibilities: Provide full-spectrum Family Medicine care, manage patient panels, collaborate with physicians and advanced practice providers, and participate in after-hours on-call rotation with Family Medicine colleagues.
Required Procedures: Standard Family Medicine procedures
EMR System:
Support Staff: Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers
Days Per Month:
On-Call/Weekends: After-hours on-call rotation with Family Medicine colleagues
Submission Requirements:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine – Required
- Colorado License or willing to obtain – Required
- NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days) – Required
- DEA (must be obtained prior to start) – Required
