Location: Lake Norman, North Carolina (Charlotte Area)
Position Type: Permanent
Reason for Opening: Brand New Location
Board Certification
- Board Certified – Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Minimum 5+ years post-training primary care experience
- Outpatient primary care only
- Concierge medicine model
- Ability to see all ages or adults only
- Full-time
- Weekdays only
- Equal call shared nightly and weekends between all physicians
- Concierge membership-based care
- Patients pay monthly membership fee + use health insurance
- Relationship-based care model
- 8–10 patients per day
- Additional responsibilities:
- Patient portal messages
- Patient phone calls
- Work alongside 10 physicians
- Dedicated nurse for each physician
- Shared referral coordinator
- Centralized support for:
- Marketing
- Sales
- Billing
- HR
- IT
- No APPs
- Salary Range: $200,000 – $350,000
- Relocation Assistance – Negotiable
- 200 patient facing days, schedule quarterly
