- Salary: $260,700 " $355,500 DOE
- Performance bonus: Up to $32,000 annually

- Manage a panel of primary care patients and provide comprehensive care
- Treat acute conditions, chronic diseases, and preventive health needs
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team
- Supervise nurse practitioners and physician assistants
- Help improve patient outcomes and quality of care
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Active California Physician & Surgeon License (or ability to obtain)
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- Current CPR certification
