Family Practice Physician (Board Certified/Board Eligible)
Location: Gatesville, NC / Elizabeth City, NC
Position Type: Full-Time
Schedule: 35 hours per week (all-inclusive, including closing charting within 48 hours)
Position Summary
We are seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Practice Physician to join a well-established outpatient primary care practice in Gatesville or Elizabeth City, North Carolina. Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients across all age groups

Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions

Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation, including chart closure within 48 hours

Manage a daily patient panel of approximately 25-27 patients

Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure high-quality patient care and workflow efficiency

Participate in quality assurance and productivity initiatives
Qualifications

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine

Minimum of 1+ year of clinical practice experience (preferred)

Active or eligible for North Carolina medical license

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Commitment to high-quality patient care and documentation standards
