Position Details:
• Outpatient-only practice at an independent community hospital just 20 minutes outside Fort Wayne, Indiana with several office locations to choose from
• Incredible schedule flexibility - 3- or 4-day work week options (0.75-1.0 FTE qualifies for benefits)
• Epic EMR, dedicated APP support, nurse triage handles all call, no inpatient or ED required
