### Overview:
* Seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Med-Peds Physician.
* Join a physician-led, patient-centered primary care group.
* 4 or 4.5-day workweek.
* Outpatient-only setting.
* Team-based care model including care coordinators, behavioral health, and pharmacy support.
* Value-based care structure focused on quality outcomes.
* Opportunity to perform in-office procedures if desired: Skin procedures, Joint injections., IUD placement. and Maternity care.

### Compensation & Benefits:
* Base salary range: $226,000 – $366,000.
* $30,000 sign-on bonus.
