Qualifications MD/DO from an accredited medical school Accredited Family Medicine Residency Program completion American Board Eligible or American Board Certified in Family Medicine Ability to obtain an unrestricted Pennsylvania Medical License and ability to obtain necessary credentials DEA certification Community Details Corry is located at the junction of three counties: Erie, Warren and Crawford.
