A well-supported outpatient practice in Stillwater, NY is seeking an experienced Family Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages.
This full-time opportunity offers flexible scheduling, strong APP collaboration, light call rotation, and optional teaching involvement. Ideal for physicians seeking long-term practice stability within a physician-led environment.
Job Responsibilities
• Manage chronic diseases and acute conditions
• Perform preventive exams, cancer screenings, immunizations, and wellness counseling
• Collaborate closely with an Advanced Practice Provider
• Participate in light shared call rotation with RN triage support
• Optionally engage in teaching medical students and NP/PA students
• Opportunity for leadership or hybrid hospital involvement if desired
Qualifications
• Truly Board Eligible candidates must be within 1–5 years of eligibility
• Active NY License (or willingness to obtain)
• Minimum 1 year of primary care experience required
• Clean malpractice and licensing history
• NPDB Self Query (within 30 days) required
• Not accepting Locums candidates
• Not open to Visa candidates
