An established and patient-centered outpatient primary care practice in Saratoga Springs, New York is seeking a Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join a collaborative and supportive team.
This opportunity offers flexible scheduling, strong clinical support, teaching opportunities, and optional leadership pathways — all within a well-structured outpatient environment.
Job Responsibilities
• Maintain a 40-hour work week with 34 hours of direct patient contact
• See an average of 18–24 patients per day
• Participate in light, phone-only call with RN triage support
• Provide limited telemedicine coverage on designated weekends (every few months)
• Collaborate with APPs within a physician-led care model
• Engage in teaching medical students and NP/PA students
• Utilize EPIC EMR for documentation
• Optional involvement in hospital medicine or administrative leadership
Qualifications
• Active New York License (or willing to obtain)
• DEA and ACLS certifications by start date
• Must not require visa sponsorship
• Not accepting 1099 or Locums candidates
• Must not be commuting long distance
Working Hours
