Your expertise will play a vital role in enhancing community health and fostering patient wellness.
Required Skills:
- Valid and active DEA license prior to start date
- Proven experience in family medicine with a strong understanding of chronic pain management
- Ability to document work experience and education accurately, including all employment gaps and dates
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in managing both pediatric and adult patients (consideration for FM-only candidates)
- Comply with immunization and credentialing requirements, including flu vaccines, TB testing, and titers
- Ability to adhere to workflow with chart closures within 72 hours
- Flexibility to work 8-10 hour shifts, Monday through Friday
Nice to Have Skills:
- Board Certification in Family Medicine or Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency)
- Prior experience with charting and EHR systems
- Experience with chronic pain management care protocols
- Bilingual abilities or additional language skills
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Medical Degree (MD or DO)
- Completion of residency in Family Medicine
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in primary care settings
- Recent experience working in a fast-paced outpatient environment
Other Requirements:
- Credentialing process completion within 30-60 days, timely submission of supporting documents essential
- Immunizations required: Flu vaccine (2025-2026), TB status/X-ray within 90 days, MMR, Hep B, Varicella, and Tdap titers or immunizations
- Willingness to work full-time, with some flexibility for schedule adjustments
- Commitment to adhering to facility policies and federal, state, and local laws
