We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Family Medicine physicians to join our dynamic healthcare team. This is an excellent opportunity to provide exceptional primary care services to diverse patient populations while working in a supportive and professional environment. Your expertise will play a vital role in enhancing community health and fostering patient wellness.

Required Skills:
  • Valid and active DEA license prior to start date
  • Proven experience in family medicine with a strong understanding of chronic pain management
  • Ability to document work experience and education accurately, including all employment gaps and dates
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in managing both pediatric and adult patients (consideration for FM-only candidates)
  • Comply with immunization and credentialing requirements, including flu vaccines, TB testing, and titers
  • Ability to adhere to workflow with chart closures within 72 hours
  • Flexibility to work 8-10 hour shifts, Monday through Friday

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Board Certification in Family Medicine or Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency)
  • Prior experience with charting and EHR systems
  • Experience with chronic pain management care protocols
  • Bilingual abilities or additional language skills

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Medical Degree (MD or DO)
  • Completion of residency in Family Medicine
  • Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in primary care settings
  • Recent experience working in a fast-paced outpatient environment

Other Requirements:
  • Credentialing process completion within 30-60 days, timely submission of supporting documents essential
  • Immunizations required: Flu vaccine (2025-2026), TB status/X-ray within 90 days, MMR, Hep B, Varicella, and Tdap titers or immunizations
  • Willingness to work full-time, with some flexibility for schedule adjustments
  • Commitment to adhering to facility policies and federal, state, and local laws
