Central Illinois Family Practice Physician Job – 45 Minutes South of Champaign

45 Minutes South of Champaign | Flexible Schedule | Established Primary Care

• Permanent, full-time Family Practice position

• Seeking board certified or truly board eligible Family Medicine physicians

• Monday–Friday 8:00am–5:00pm schedule

• Option to work 4.5 days per week

• Call rotation shared with other FM physicians:

  • 1:12 call

  • Calls first triaged by RN staff

• Cerner EMR

• Multiple clinic locations available, each with varying team size and structure

• May be required to supervise APPs depending on clinic location

• W2 position only

• No visa sponsorship available

• Will consider 2027 and beyond candidates with ties to the area

• $325,000 base salary + RVU production

• $75,000 sign-on bonus

• $100,000 retention bonus
