Family Medicine Physician
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: Day 8 Pay Rate: $139.68 - $151.20
This facility is seeking a Family Medicine Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.
Details & requirements for this opportunity:
- Schedule: One set day per week, Monday or Wednesday and ongoing. One additional pick up day per week, Thursday or Friday as needed with a week's notice.
- Patients per day: Varies
- Practice Setting: Outpatient Clinic
- Scope: Standard Primary Care
- State Licensure: Oklahoma state medical license, Board Certified, Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA).
- Responsibility for Mid-Levels: No
- Credentialing Timeframe: None
