This independent Critical Access Hospital seeks a Primary Care physician to join a collaborative, patient focused team. Position Highlights:
• Provide comprehensive Primary Care to a diverse patient population with dedicated support staff.

• Outpatient-focused practice with optional scopes, procedures, or specialized clinical interests.
• Four-day workweek (32 clinical hours) and eight weeks of PTO promote a healthy work/life balance.
Compensation:
• Guaranteed base salary with significant production bonuses bring earning potential to $450,000+.
• $30,000 sign on bonus plus $40,000+ annually in retention incentives or student loan repayment available.
• CME stipend, relocation assistance, and residency stipend available.
