Position Overview
We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician for a 6-month locum tenens assignment in Northern California.
This is an outpatient primary care opportunity serving a full-spectrum patient population in a community health setting. The provider will deliver comprehensive care across all age groups with a focus on continuity and preventive medicine.

• Monday–Friday
• 8:00am–5:00pm
• 40 hours per week
• 8-hour shifts preferred (10-hour shifts may be considered)
• 6-month assignment
• Start: Late April

Clinical Scope
• Outpatient Family Medicine
• All ages
• Average 18 patients per day
• Some chronic pain management
• Chart closure within 72 hours
• Team-based care model

Requirements
• MD or DO
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Active California license
• Active DEA prior to start
• BLS certification
• Credentialing timeframe: 30–60 days
• Must provide complete work history (month/year format) with no unexplained gaps

Credentialing Requirements
• TB screening
• Influenza vaccination (current season)
• MMR immunity
• Varicella immunity
• Hepatitis B immunity
• Tdap within 10 years
