Physician Lead Opportunity
OnPoint Medical Group is seeking an experienced, entrepreneurial Physician to serve as a Physician Lead at one of our clinic locations — with opportunities available in both new and existing markets. This is a unique opportunity for a motivated physician who wants more than just employment. We are looking for a clinical leader who is excited to build, grow, and shape a thriving practice while sharing in its financial success.
Job Responsibilities
Whether launching a new location or leading an established practice, this physician will play a key role in driving growth, culture, and clinical excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive, patient-centered care
Serve as clinical leader for the practice
Partner with leadership on strategic growth initiatives
Assist in recruiting, hiring, and mentoring clinical staff
Support team development and performance management
Foster a positive, collaborative clinic culture
Ensure quality, compliance, and operational excellence
Engage in community outreach and practice-building efforts
Qualifications
2+ years of clinical experience preferred
Demonstrated leadership ability or desire to lead
Entrepreneurial mindset
Strong team-building and communication skills
Passion for high-quality, value-driven care

16 patients per day - 4-day work week
