Locums – Family Medicine Physician
Location: Crescent City, California
Coverage Type: Locums
Start: ASAP
Duration: Ongoing
POSITION OVERVIEW
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
10-hour shifts possible
Patients Per Day: 18 (minimum expectation 18 PPD)
Patient Mix: Pediatrics and Adults (FM only considered)
Includes some Chronic Pain Management
Chart Closure: Within 72 hours
Call: None (listed as 2nd call/backup if applicable)
Call Response Time: 15 minutes
Trauma Level: I
EMR: Epic
Beds in Facility: 1
LICENSURE REQUIREMENTS (Required)
- Active California License
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (5 years or less since residency)
- BLS
- DEA
- A+ rated malpractice
