Work Dates Needed: Starting asap, 1-2 months, and possibly longer ongoing
Preferred Schedule: M-F 8AM-4:30PM
Worksite Setting: Outpatient clinic at Cass Lake Indian Health Services - Need to see all ages, cradle to grave
Scope of Work: Provide Family Practice/Primary Care services to the primary care clinic (Cass Lake Hospital)
Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: BC in Family Practice. MD/DO, BLS, DEA (any State License)
EMR: The HCPs shall use the various clinical automation systems as required, such as, but not limited : EHR; PACS, Vista
