Seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician for a full-time post-acute care position serving skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities in the Tucson suburban area. • Productivity-based Fee-for-Service model

• Estimated annual income: $296,000 – $345,000 (uncapped monthly bonuses)

Candidate Requirements

• Board Certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Emergency Medicine

• Minimum 1 year of primary care experience

• Active Arizona medical license (or ability to obtain)

• DEA registration (or ability to obtain)
