Coverage Needed:
- Start Date: ASAP
- End Date: Ongoing
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM, 10-hour shifts possible
- Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Only
Clinical Details:
- Practice Setting: Outpatient
- Patient Encounters Per Shift: 18
- EMR System: Epic
- Support Staff: 1 RN, 2 MAs
- Includes some Chronic Pain Management
- Chart closure within 72 hours
- Mix of pediatric and adult patients
Requirements:
- Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible
- Licensed in CA
- BLS Certification
- Active DEA required before start
- CVs need to have the month & date on work experience and education w/all gaps in employment accounted for
