Location: Bronx, New York 10459
Position: Family Practice (1 opening; flexible PT/FT schedules)
Flexible family medicine practice in the Bronx—ideal for part-time or full-time clinicians serving all ages in a vibrant community setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive care: pediatrics, adult wellness, geriatrics, and acute visits
- Manage chronic conditions, preventive screenings, and vaccinations
- Coordinate referrals, behavioral health, and care transitions
- Optional call for FT; school/corporate physicals available
Qualifications:
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine
- Active NY medical license and DEA
- Outpatient experience; bilingual Spanish preferred
