We provide comprehensive, culturally sensitive healthcare to underserved communities across Los Angeles and are seeking several Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physicians (MD/DO) to join our growing team in a full-time, permanent capacity.

Hiring Details
- Start Date: ASAP
- Position Type: Direct Hire
- Credentialing Timeline: Approximately 3 months or less
- Interview Required: Yes
- Multiple openings due to growth
Compensation
- Hourly: $140–$145 per hour
- Annual Salary Equivalent: Approximately $291,200–$301,600 per year
(Based on 40 hours/week, 52 weeks/year) - No call, no weekends
- 13 paid holidays annually
Position Overview
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (1-hour unpaid lunch)
- Setting: Outpatient Clinic
- Patient Volume: 20–22 patients per day
- Patient Population: All ages
- Visit Type: Scheduled appointments only
- Scope: Full-scope Family Medicine
Requirements
- MD or DO
- California Medical License (Required)
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (ABFM)
- California DEA
- BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications
- New graduates welcome – 2026 Residency completion
- Preferred: Enrolled with Medicare & Medicaid
EMR
- Currently using Amazing Charts
- Transitioning to NextGen in May
- Training provided
