An established, mission-driven outpatient clinic in the Lancaster area is seeking a Family
Medicine Physician dedicated to providing exceptional, compassionate care. This role offers the

● Competitive compensation: $280,000–$340,000+ annually
● Consistent schedule: 4/10s or 5/8s (no nights; occasional weekends as needed)

Job Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive primary care in an outpatient setting
● Assess, diagnose, and create individualized treatment and preventive care plans
● Manage acute concerns, chronic conditions, and long-term wellness goals
● Maintain accurate, thorough documentation in the EMR and close notes promptly
● Review labs and imaging results, ensuring timely follow-up
● Coordinate care with specialists and facilitate referrals
● Provide clinical oversight for mid-level providers
● Participate in care team huddles and organizational meetings
● Uphold the highest standards of ethics, professionalism, and patient-centered service

Qualifications

Active California MD/DO license, DEA, and CPR certification

● Commitment to serving underserved communities; experience with homeless populations is a plus
● Strong interpersonal and communication skills
● Familiarity with FQHC settings and quality measures (preferred)
● Ability to meet productivity expectations (16–24 patients per day)
● Dedication to patient safety, confidentiality, and service excellence
● Bilingual English/Spanish (preferred but not required)
