Position Summary
We are seeking a Physician to provide the full scope of medical services within their field of training, including diagnosis, treatment, coordination of care, preventive services, and electronic medical record (EMR) documentation. This role follows established quality, risk management, infection control, safety, and customer service standards.

Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
Practice medicine within the scope of licensure, training, and credentialing in accordance with current standards of care
Provide outpatient care in a family practice setting, serving patients of all ages, including prenatal care
Prescribe and administer medications, therapies, immunizations, and other medical treatments
Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests and evaluate patient records
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR while ensuring patient confidentiality
Provide inpatient care for adult, newborn, and pediatric patients as required
Provide inpatient obstetrical care if current competency is demonstrated
Participate in teaching and supervision activities within a family medicine residency program
Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and organizational policy development
Attend provider and faculty meetings as required
Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and clinical colleagues
Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

Qualifications:
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) from an accredited medical school
Completion of an accredited residency program
Board certification in specialty (or eligible; certification required within 2 years of graduation)
Active, unrestricted medical license (state-specific)
Active DEA registration without restriction
Current CPR certification.

Working Hours

Physical Requirements:
Ability to remain stationary and move throughout clinical sites as needed
Frequent use of computers, phones, and office equipment
Ability to lift or move up to 10 pounds occasionally
Ability to travel between clinical locations
Flexibility to cover additional shifts as needed
