A well-established, hospital-affiliated primary care practice in Stillwater, NY is seeking a full-time, experienced Family Medicine Physician to join its collaborative and supportive outpatient team.
This opportunity offers strong practice infrastructure, physician-led governance, light shared call with RN triage support, and the option to engage in teaching and leadership initiatives. The practice serves patients across the full lifespan and is ideal for a physician seeking long-term community engagement in a patient-centered environment.
This is a permanent, full-time outpatient position.Job Responsibilities
• Diagnose and manage acute illnesses, chronic conditions, and preventive care needs
• Perform routine physical exams, cancer screenings, immunizations, and lifestyle counseling
• Collaborate closely with an Advanced Practice Provider (APP)
• Participate in a light shared call rotation supported by RN triage
• Utilize hospital-affiliated systems and integrated care resources
• Optionally participate in teaching first-year medical students and precepting NP/PA students
• Opportunity for involvement in hospital medicine and administrative or leadership roles
Qualifications
• Truly Board Eligible candidates may be considered (must meet board certification timeline requirements)
• Active New York medical license (or willingness to obtain) – Required
• Minimum of 1 year primary care experience – Required
• Clean malpractice and licensing history – Required
• NPDB Self-Query (within 30 days) – Required at presentation
• Candidates must not reside within 30 miles of affiliated institutions (per client policy)
