Job Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Perform preventive care, annual physicals, and wellness visits
• Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic tests
• Develop personalized treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
Qualifications
• MD/DO with completion of Family Medicine residency
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Active Montana medical license
• Commitment to patient-centered and community-focused care
Working Hours
• Full-time schedule
• Monday–Friday clinic hours
• Shared call rotation (if applicable)
Skills
• Strong clinical and diagnostic expertise
• Excellent communication and patient rapport
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Efficient documentation and time management
