Join Our Team as a Family Practice Physician – Make a Difference in Patient Care

Are you a dedicated Family Practice Physician seeking a rewarding opportunity to impact community health? We are looking for a compassionate and skilled physician to provide comprehensive outpatient care to patients of all ages, including women’s health, obstetrics, and minor procedures. This position offers a significant role in delivering high-quality healthcare with a dynamic team dedicated to excellence and patient-centered service.

Required Skills:
  • Valid medical license and DEA registration (preferred at time of submission)
  • Proven competence in obstetrics, including at least 10 recent deliveries within the past 24 months
  • Experience in outpatient OB/GYN care and women’s health
  • Proficiency in procedures such as suturing, biopsies, colposcopies, IUD insertions/removals, Nexplanons, toe nail removals, and casting/splinting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle a busy schedule of approximately 16-18 patients daily
  • Familiarity with Cerner CommunityWorks EMR system
  • Willingness to participate in OB call responsibilities (1:3)

Nice to Have Skills:
  • OB surgical experience and involvement in C-sections (successful completion of 30 cesarean births)
  • Inpatient obstetric experience and prenatal care
  • Additional certifications such as BLS, ACLS, NRP
  • Bilingual abilities or additional language skills

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Medical degree (MD or DO)
  • Minimum of 3 years clinical practice, preferably with obstetrics involvement
  • Demonstrated experience in outpatient primary care and women’s health

Other Requirements:
  • Active Oregon medical license and DEA (preferred at submission)
  • Completion of all required vaccinations and certifications
  • Willingness to work 4 days per week, Monday through Friday, 10-hour shifts (07:00 – 17:00)
  • Ability to secure credentialing within 3-6 months
  • Flexibility to extend initial assignment from 6 months to one year
  • Travel reimbursement and local mileage reimbursement as applicable

Compensation:
  • Hourly Rate: $174.14
