We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Primary Care Physician to join a well-established outpatient practice in Utica, NY with Slocum-Dickson Medical Group. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity offering a structured path to partnership and a highly competitive compensation package.
Position Overview

Schedule: Monday–Friday

Clinical Hours: 40 hours of direct patient care per week

This role provides a consistent weekday schedule with no inpatient responsibilities, allowing for strong work-life balance while practicing comprehensive primary care.
Compensation & Partnership

Base Salary: $240,000–$300,000 (commensurate with experience)

Partnership Track:

Eligible after 2 years
