Position Highlights
- Outpatient-only primary care serving a diverse community
- Work alongside family medicine, internal medicine, pediatrics, and women’s health clinicians in a collaborative team environment
- 8 half-day clinical sessions weekly (1.0 FTE)
- Monday–Friday schedule, no inpatient work and no weekend clinic
- Protected administrative time
- Medical student teaching optional
- Direct access to leadership and decision-makers
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation is aligned with MGMA standards and designed to be competitive in the Bay Area while supporting a sustainable, patient-centered practice model. (Foundation salaries use MGMA percentiles rather than the fixed faculty structure.)
- Generous Base Salary
- RVU incentives available across all Foundation roles
- Retirement: 10% non-elective employer contribution
- 26 PTO days + 14 paid holidays

The minimum base salary range for this position is $290,000.00 - $360,000.00
