Total Hours: ~38–40 hrs/week
Structure:
- Can be 1 physician full-time
- OR split between 2+ providers
- Flexible scheduling (e.g., every-other-week blocks) if site approves
Provider Requirements
- Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Must have full primary care scope (chronic + acute)
- Board certification NOT required
- Corrections experience helpful, not required
