Are you a Primary Care Physician passionate about delivering high-quality, relationship-driven care to geriatric patients.
We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine physician to join one of the nation’s fastest-growing, patient-centered primary care groups.
What You’ll Do
Provide comprehensive primary care with a focus on geriatric populations
Deliver quality-focused care to an average of 12–15 patients per day
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including NPs/PAs, MAs, social workers, pharmacists, lab services, and referral specialists
Participate in a structured 4-week Physician Learning Journey for seamless onboarding
Practice in a modern, thoughtfully designed clinical environment
