About the Role:
We are seeking a Board-Certified Primary Care Physician to join our integrated, community-focused practice. This position emphasizes comprehensive outpatient care, preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and collaboration with behavioral health and multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive primary and preventive care to adult and pediatric patients

  • Perform physical exams, diagnose conditions, and develop individualized treatment plans

  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests and labs

  • Prescribe medications and provide patient education and medical guidance

  • Support patient self-management, wellness, and behavior modification

  • Conduct annual preventive visits and participate in group visits as appropriate

  • Coordinate referrals and collaborate with subspecialists when indicated

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical and behavioral health teams

  • Supervise and mentor APPs, residents, and medical students as applicable

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record

  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, peer reviews, and audits

  • Participate in rotating after-hours call coverage and cross-coverage for colleagues

  • Engage in community outreach activities when appropriate

Qualifications:
Required:

  • MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school

  • Board Certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Pediatrics

  • Active, unrestricted California medical license

  • Active, unrestricted DEA license

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary, team-based environment

Preferred:

  • Experience in community health or integrated care settings

  • Knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations

  • Bilingual proficiency preferred (Mandarin, Cantonese, Spanish, or Vietnamese)
