We are seeking an experienced Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician to provide full-scope outpatient care in a high-support, structured clinic environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for adults and families

• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions

• Deliver preventive care, including annual physicals, wellness visits, and age-appropriate screenings

• Coordinate care with specialists and ancillary services

• Educate patients on disease prevention, lifestyle modification, and treatment adherence

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR

Qualifications:

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school

• Completion of ACGME-accredited Family Medicine residency

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine

• Eligible for California medical license

• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience preferred

• Strong communication skills and commitment to high-quality patient care

Schedule & Work Environment:

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (10-hour shifts optional)

• 100% outpatient, no on-call or weekend requirements

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive salary $228,000 – $350,000
