Family Medicine Opportunity in Northwestern Vermont

This is an opportunity to step into a well-established outpatient primary care practice with a clear path toward long-term ownership. You will join a physician-led environment that prioritizes autonomy, continuity of care, and sustainable workloads. The position is Family Medicine, offering the ability to shape your patient panel and procedural focus over time.

Practice Overview

  • You will join a collaborative outpatient practice with physicians and advanced practice providers sharing call and clinical support
  • Independent, physician-owned model with a defined partner track and future ownership potential
  • Broad-scope Family Medicine with procedures including skin biopsies, IUDs, Nexplanon, suturing, splinting, and women's health
  • Practice-only call with no hospital coverage and no OB responsibilities

Schedule

  • Flexible full-time schedule with options for four or five clinical days per week
  • Approximately 20 patients per day with a gradual ramp-up for new physicians
  • Shared phone call rotation with remote weekend coverage only
  • Outpatient-focused workflow supported by MAs, nursing staff, and care coordination

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary range of $250,000 to $260,000 depending on experience
  • Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available
  • Partner track after two years with a modest buy-in structure

Candidate Requirements

  • Board eligible or board certified in Family Medicine
  • Open to both new graduates and experienced physicians
  • Comfortable with outpatient continuity care and in-office procedures
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
