Requirements
- Must be board certified
- Active CO license or Active IMLC
- Fellowship trained in OB through one of two OB fellowship courses
- Must have 50 OB cases with 20 C-sections and 20 Gyn services in past 2 years
- Must have ALSO or Noelle Simulation Training
