Practice/Organization Details:
• Physician-led, home-based care organization that leads the nation in quality measures
• Complex adult patient panel that resides in local senior living communities
• See just 8-10 patients per day to ensure the quality you desire is achieved
• Work with full support staff including APP's, RN's, Patient Coordinator's and more
• Scheduling, billing, IT, triage and marketing are all handled by an unmatched operations team
• Flexible work schedule where you choose your start and stop times - providers are regularly done by 2:30pm
• Organization has been named a Top Workplace for 6 consecutive years
Compensation & Benefits:
• Guaranteed base salary in the $230,000 - $260,000 range without the stress of RVU's
• Full benefits package includes a sign-on, potential loan repayment options, and more
