A growing, value-based healthcare organization is seeking a Primary Care Physician (PCP) to join its outpatient team in Mobile, Alabama and Gulfport, Mississippi. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity focused on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to adult and senior populations.

📍 Position Overview

• 🏥 Primary Care Physician (MD/DO)

• 📍 Locations: Mobile, AL & Gulfport, MS

• 💼 Full-Time | Permanent

• 💰 Base Salary: $250,000

• 💵 Sign-On Bonus: $15,000

• 🎯 Additional performance-based incentives available

🩺 Key Responsibilities

As a PCP, you will:

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services

• Manage acute and chronic conditions (e.g., diabetes, hypertension, COPD, heart disease)

• Conduct preventive visits, wellness exams, and routine screenings

• Develop personalized, value-based care plans

• Coordinate care with specialists, care managers, and interdisciplinary teams

• Focus on quality metrics and improved patient outcomes

• Utilize EMR for timely documentation and care coordination

• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and preventive health strategies

✅ Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school

• Completion of accredited Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency

• Board Certified or Board Eligible (FM or IM)

• Active AL or MS medical license (or ability to obtain)
