Job Title: Primary Care Physician
Location: Cleveland, TX
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time
About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Primary Care Physician to provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals of all ages, including newborns. In this role, you will diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses, perform routine health assessments, and guide patients in disease prevention and wellness.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide primary care to patients of all ages, including newborns
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses
- Conduct routine health assessments and preventive care
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records
- Participate in continuing medical education to stay current with medical advancements
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from an accredited institution
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Valid medical license to practice in Texas
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of primary care medicine
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
