This outpatient-only primary care opportunity offers a balanced 40-hour schedule with 32 patient-facing hours, light 1:11 phone-only call, and an average of just 14 patients per day. Job Responsibilities
• Manage preventive care, chronic disease treatment, and wellness visits
• See an average of 14 patients per day
• Participate in 1:11 phone-only call rotation
• Complete charting, care coordination, and quality improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative care teams
Qualifications
• Vermont Medical License (or willingness to obtain)
• DEA Certification
• BLS Certification
• Clean malpractice history
Working Hours
