We are seeking a dedicated Primary Care Physician to join our team in Delano, California. This role offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive care to late-teen and adult patients in a supportive, collaborative clinical environment. Schedule: Monday:
- Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
Compensation:
- Base Salary: $280,000 Annually
- Bonus Opportunities Available

- No Nights, No Weekends, No On-Call requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general primary care services including diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic conditions.
- Develop individualized care plans based on patient needs and best practices.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on wellness, prevention, and health management.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Medical degree from an accredited institution.
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
- Valid California medical license and DEA certification.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.
