Client seeks Physician or Nurse Practitioner for contract need for February 14, 21, & 28 and then March 2-May 28 at their Corporate Health center in Chesapeake, VA. Provider will see ages 2+ for Primary Care, acute episodic care, and wellness visits. Hours are Monday-Thursday 7:00am-5:30pm with a 30-minute lunch break from 12:30pm-1:00pm and rotating Saturdays 9:00am-2:00pm (needed Saturdays are February 14, 21, & 28, March 7, & May 2). Provider must be Board Certified and must have 2+ years of clinical experience in a Primary Care specialty to be considered for this assignment.
