Seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join growing practice. With proximity to Des Moines and neighboring communities, the clinic stands out for its close-knit, community-focused approach to healthcare. - Join a team of one Physician and three APP's
- See and average of 18-24 patients/day
- 4-day work week
- Serving patients of all ages
- Practice Mix: Continuity, Pediatrics, Nursing Home
- ED/Inpatient coverage optional
- Outpatient lifestyle - friendly call
Compensation/Benefits:
- Base Salary of $290,000
- Production & non-production incentives
- $150,000 Commencement Bonus
- CME allowance of $6,000
- PSLF eligible
- 403b match
