StaffMed Health Partners has partnered with a value-based, employer-sponsored health center in Indianapolis to recruit a Family Medicine Physician for a full-time, outpatient position. This role focuses on quality care, access, and long-term patient relationships in a highly collaborative clinical environment.

- Competitive annual compensation ~ $260,000
- No inpatient responsibilities
- Predictable schedule with limited Saturday rotation (flex time provided)

- Experience in primary care required
- Comfort working with interpreters; Spanish or Burmese language skills a plus
- MD or DO with board eligibility/certification in Family Medicine
- Indiana medical license (or ability to obtain)
