Primary Care Physicians needed for coverage at the VA Finger Lakes Healthcare System which includes:
Canandaigua VAMC,
Bath VAMC,
Rochester Outpatient Clinic
Wellsville Outpatient Clinic
Wellsboro Outpatient Clinic
Elmira Outpatient Clinic.

Rochester Outpatient Clinic
Wellsville Outpatient Clinic
Wellsboro Outpatient Clinic
Elmira Outpatient Clinic.
Job Responsibilities
These physicians will rotate to maintain the 3.0 FTE coverage requirement, with each provider working a minimum of 120 consecutive workdays per rotation to ensure continuity of care and stable patient-provider relationships. The additional credentialed physicians provide necessary coverage during vacation, illness, and provider transitions while maintaining uninterrupted patient care across multiple VAFLHCS sites including Canandaigua, Bath, Rochester, Wellsville, Wellsboro, and Elmira locations.
