We are seeking a Board-Certified Primary Care Physician to join a full-time, outpatient-focused practice in San Jose, CA. This is an excellent opportunity for physicians passionate about comprehensive, community-based care in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.

Practice Setting: Outpatient clinic
πΌ Clinical Responsibilities
-
Provide comprehensive primary care services to new and established patients
-
Perform physical exams, preventive visits, and health maintenance care
-
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
-
Order and interpret diagnostic tests and develop treatment plans
-
Educate patients on disease prevention, wellness, and self-management
-
Coordinate care with specialists and facilitate referrals when needed
-
Maintain accurate documentation using Electronic Health Records (EHR)

Participate in quality improvement initiatives and peer reviews

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including behavioral health and wellness professionals

Support integrated care addressing medical, behavioral, and community health needs

Supervise and mentor APPs, residents, or medical students as appropriate
β° Schedule & Coverage

Full-time outpatient schedule
-
Rotational after-hours call coverage
-
Coverage for colleagues as needed
β Candidate Requirements

MD or DO degree
-
Board Certification required
-
Active, unrestricted California medical license
-
Active DEA license
-
Strong communication skills and cultural competence

Fluency in English required
-
Multilingual skills preferred (Spanish, Mandarin, Cantonese, or Vietnamese)

Salary Range: $263,000 β $300,000, commensurate with experience
