Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Family Medicine Physician to deliver quality care in a busy clinic setting. This role emphasizes patient-centered services without the demands of hospital or call coverage, offering a balanced work-life environment. The clinic includes a team of three MDs and one Advanced Practice Clinician, fostering a collaborative atmosphere. Flexibility in start and stop times allows you to tailor your workday, with occasional travel home for brief weekends.

Required Skills:
  • Valid medical license in the state of practice
  • Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine
  • Proven clinical experience delivering comprehensive primary care
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems
  • Commitment to patient safety and quality care

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Bilingual abilities or additional language proficiency
  • Experience in outpatient primary care settings
  • Knowledge of healthcare compliance and regulations
  • Prior experience in a clinic with multiple providers

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical practice in Family Medicine or primary care settings
  • Current state medical license and DEA certification

Other Requirements:
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for clinic coverage or staff meetings
  • Licensure, certification, and any applicable travel reimbursements provided
  • Valid state medical license and malpractice insurance
